Average Daily Rate, ARR Average Room Rate
A value calculated by dividing Room Revenue earned by the Number of Rooms sold on a given day.
It is a financial indicator used to measure how well a hotel performs compared to previous years. It is common in the hotel industry for ADR to gradually increase year over year bringing in more revenue. However, ADR alone is not enough to measure the performance of the hotel.
