How to Setup the PMS to Send Emails (Registry Tab)

  1. Access the Property module and select the Registry tab
  2. Enter the following required information:
    • Email Host System Name, Email User Account, and Email "From" Address 
    • Enable the Secure Password Authentication checkbox and enter the password used to access the Email User Account
    • Enable the Email is Available checkbox
    • SMTP Port #, and use the drop-down menu to select the SMTP security type
  3. Select the Post Changes to the Registry button to update the database
