- Access the Client Types module and select the applicable client type
- Select the Delete button, a confirmation window will appear
- Select the Yes button to confirm
If a Client Type has been used, it cannot be deleted, it must be deactivated. For more information about how to deactivate a client type, please see How to Modify a Client Type.
